The premises from which this service operates is a departmentally owned property under a lease arrangement. In lieu of annual rent, we will withhold an approved amount of $40,140 per annum (indexed annually), which is not included in the funding amounts detailed in Items 5 of this funding schedule. The service must provide culturally safe and secure support to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children and young people to ensure their cultural identity and connection to family and community is assisted and maintained. The service outlet must provide a minimum of 16 hours of awake worker support plus 8-hour sleepover shift, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year, with some recall to work capacity.
